            Bending machine is a machine that can bend and process thin plates, the bending machine is divided into manual bending machine, hydraulic bending machine, and CNC bending machine. Manual bending machine can be divided into mechanical manual bending machine and electric manual bending machine, according synchronizing mode, the hydraulic bending machine can be divided into torsion shaft synchronization, mechanical hydraulic synchronization, and electric hydraulic synchronization.
           The hydraulic bending machine can be divided into the upper moving type and the lower moving type according to the movement mode.
           Bending machine mould is a tool for bending machine used for sheet metal forming process, the tool is made up of various parts, different mould is made up of different parts, it is mainly done by molding material changes in the physical state to achieve items shape processing, in order to make the embryo into the stamping tools with certain shape and size under the pressure of bending machine.
           The material of bending machine die is usually T8 or T10. Partial material used 42RMO is high strength alloy quenched and tempered steel. It has high strength, strong toughness, and can work at 500 degrees. Therefore, it has higher practicability and better process performance.
           Due to the different material, thickness, length and width of the sheet and the different shapes and angles to be formed, therefore, there are different bending machines for tonnages and sizes of pressure equipment, with different height, shape, V size of the upper and lower molds and special molds with special shapes.
    Bending die has L, R, U, Z and other kinds of bending. The upper die has mainly 90 degrees, 88 degrees, 45 degrees, 30 degrees, 20 degrees, 15 degrees and other different angles. The lower die has a double slot and a single slot with 4~18V different width of grooves, as well as a R lower die, a acute angle lower die, a flat die and so on. The upper and lower modules are divided into segments generally 300MM, 200MM, 100MM, 50MM, 40MM, 20MM, 15MM, 10M, and the whole is 835MM. The lower modules are generally divided into 400MM, 200MM, 100MM, 50MM, 40MM, 20MM, 15MM, 10MM, and the whole is 836MM.
    The different groove width of the lower die is selected according to the thickness of the processed sheet:
    V4:0.5~0.8mm;
    V6:0.6~1.2mm;
    V8:0.6~1.5mm;
    V10:0.6~2.0mm;
    V12:0.8~2.5mm;
    V14:1.2~3.0mm;
    V16:1.5~3.5mm;
    V18:2.0~4.0mm;
    1. The bending die is made of high quality steel, which is made of special treatment. It has the advantages of high hardness, not easy to wear and high bearing capacity, but each set of molds has its ultimate pressure: tons / meter, therefore, when using the mold, the length of the mould should be selected correctly, that is, how much pressure should be added per meter, and must not exceed the pressure marked by the mold.
    2. In order not to damage the mould, we stipulate that at the origin, it is necessary to use the upper and lower modes of the length above 300MM to the origin, so that the upper and lower dies of the same height can be used after the correct origin. It is strictly forbidden to use split small modules for the origin, and the origin must be based on the origin pressure inside the machine.
    3. When using the mold, due to the different height of various molds, the mold can only be used in the same height on one machine, and the mold can not be used in different heights.
    4. According to the hardness, thickness and length of the metal plate, the appropriate upper and lower die shall be selected when the mould is used. The lower die is usually used according to the standard of 5~6T, the length is longer than that of the sheet material. When the material is harder thicker, the lower die with wider groove is used.
    5. When bending an acute Angle or pressing a dead Angle, 30 degrees should be selected, the acute angle is folded at first, then the edge is crushed, and when R angle is bent, the R upper die and the R lower die should be selected.
    6. When bending the long piece of work, do not use the sectional die, reduce the knife indentation, and choose the single slot, because the outer angle R of lower die V groove of the single slot is large, and it is not easy to produce the bending indentation.
    7. When we choose the upper die, we should know what kind of upper die we should use. We should know all the parameters of the mold, and then decide what upper die to use according to the shape of the product needed to shape.
    8. No mold is used to bend the products of steel or other cylinders when bending hard or slab - thick products.
    9. When using the mold, it should be clear headed. After the machine has finished the origin, the upper and lower die should be locked, do not let the mold fall, hurt people or damage the mold. During the operation, we should pay attention to the pressure, not to add too much pressure, and pay attention to the change of screen display data.
    10. after using the die, the mold should be put back on the die shelf in time, and put on according to the label, often clean the dust on the mold, and apply anti-rust oil to avoid rusting and reducing the precision of the mold.
